CV2Portfolio operates on a wallet-based system. You can top up your wallet at any time to access premium features and generate your portfolio website. Your wallet balance remains in your account until used.
- Top up your wallet anytime through your account dashboard
- Wallet balance never expires and remains available for future use
- View your transaction history and wallet balance at any time
Refund policy
Once you use your wallet balance to generate a website, that transaction is final and non-refundable. Once you top up your wallet and generate your website, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- After wallet top-up and website generation, all transactions are final
- No refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or technical issues after generation
- No partial refunds for unused wallet credits after website generation
Before you generate
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances before you generate your website:
- Technical errors preventing wallet top-up completion
- Duplicate transactions due to system errors
- Unauthorized transactions on your account
All refund requests are subject to review and approval. Processing may take 5-10 business days.
