Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the CV2Portfolio website (the “Service”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CV2Portfolio, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on CV2Portfolio's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. User Account

To access certain features you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CV2Portfolio and its licensors.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Portfolio Editing Restrictions

Each portfolio generated through CV2Portfolio can be edited and saved/deployed only once per generation. After that, the portfolio becomes read-only; to make additional changes, generate a new portfolio.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CV2Portfolio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
